Mark R. Stamper │ Mark is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Water Law and Special Districts Department. He grew up in Thousand Oaks before receiving his B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mark went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine School of Law where he received numerous Dean’s Awards for his academic performance, along with the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Raymond Pryke First Amendment Scholarship. He graduated in May of 2016 and was admitted to the Bar in December 2016.
When he isn’t practicing law, Mark enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his wife and two sons. He is currently working to create a non-profit that benefits student athletes.
