Law Offices Of Young Wooldridge Expands— Hires Two New Attorneys To Handle Business And Water Law

Bakersfield, Calif.—The Law Offices of Young Wooldridge LLP has expanded its business and water law departments naming two new associates to handle the workload in those areas.

Alan F. DoudAlan F. Doud specializes in water, environmental, business, franchise, and municipal law as well as public agency law and will handle cases in those areas. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn., where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Following graduation, Doud worked as a legislative assistant to Congressman George Radanovich.  In 2006 he received his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he earned the highest mark in law and economics. While in law school, Doud worked full-time in the legal department of one of the nation’s largest franchise companies.

Scott McDonaldScott McDonald specializes in business litigation and transactions, real estate, land use, and contracts law. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in Spanish, from California State University of Fullerton in May 2005 and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2008.  McDonald is fluent in Spanish and holds a certificate from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution.
